Music for Worship and Special Concerts

St. Francis is fortunate to have a group of talented, dedicated singers who lead music at the 10 am service and all major feasts of the church year and also offer special concerts and evensongs throughout the year. During the summer months, weeknight rehearsals are discontinued, and anyone who would like to sing with the choir is welcome to join them on Sunday mornings as part of an informal summer choir. In the past, the choir has tackled such renowned pieces as Rutter’s Requiem and Will Todd’s Mass in Blue. Music Director Larry Vote and Organist Sasha Beresovsky continue to nurture and challenge the choir, which brings the music to a new level of excellence and deeply enriches our worship.
