St. Francis is fortunate to have a group of talented, dedicated singers who lead music at the 10 am service and all major feasts of the church year. Every week these parishioners rehearse and sing to compliment and reinforce our liturgies with music that is a central part of the Episcopal tradition.
In the past, the choir has tackled such renowned pieces as Rutter’s Requiem and Will Todd’s Mass in Blue.
During the summer months, weeknight rehearsals are discontinued, and anyone who would like to sing with the choir is welcome to join them on Sunday mornings as part of an informal summer choir.
Music Director Larry Vote and Organist Sasha Beresovsky continue to nurture and challenge the choir, which brings the music to a new level of excellence and deeply enriches our worship. If you are a singer interested in singing with the choir, contact the church office.
